The NRF24L01+ 2.4GHz Wireless Transceiver Module is a compact, low-power RF module designed for reliable two-way wireless communication between Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi and other microcontroller-based systems.
Operating in the worldwide 2.4GHz ISM band, the module supports data rates of 250kbps, 1Mbps and 2Mbps and communicates with the host microcontroller through the SPI interface. It includes an onboard PCB antenna, eliminating the need for an external antenna in short- to medium-range projects.
The NRF24L01+ supports Enhanced ShockBurst, automatic acknowledgement, automatic retransmission and multiple data pipes, making it suitable for wireless sensor networks, remote-control systems, robotics, home automation and IoT projects.
Compared with the PA/LNA version, this standard module is smaller, consumes less power and is better suited to short-range, battery-powered applications. Communication distance depends heavily on power-supply quality, obstacles and RF interference; practical line-of-sight range can reach approximately 100 metres under favourable conditions.
The module operates from a 3.3V supply and should not be connected directly to a 5V power rail.
