The AS608 Optical Fingerprint Sensor Module is a biometric fingerprint reader used for fingerprint enrollment, identification and authentication in electronics projects.
It uses optical fingerprint sensing technology to capture, process and compare fingerprint data. The module communicates through TTL serial/UART, making it suitable for use with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32 and other microcontroller-based systems.
This fingerprint module is useful for security projects, access control systems, smart locks, attendance systems, locker systems, safe box projects, IoT authentication and final-year electronics projects across Ghana. DIYGH supplies Arduino, IoT, sensor and security project modules from Kumasi to customers across Ghana.
